Because at Glow seven d.o.o. we stand behind our products, from the standard 2-year warranty, by registering the product we extend the warranty to a 3-year *.

The Glowen Raptor stove is made of durable materials, which is facilitated by normal use and proper maintenance. Our task is to provide you with an epic experience of food preparation, which you will be able to boast of even the most demanding eater.

V primeru, če bi se karkoli zgodilo (za kar mislimo, da se ne bo) lahko zahtevate garancijo, za uveljavljanje garancije pa je potreben original račun. Our company guarantees that the products will not have defects in workmanship and materials. If we find any defects, we will replace the product or spare part free of charge. We ensure the maintenance and provision of spare parts for the product within the statutory period (point 18 of the VP Act).
To claim the guarantee, we need:
- Your proof of purchase
- Furnace serial number
- Photos of any defective parts

* Unregistered products have a standard 2-year warranty. The product warranty is valid from the date the customer receives their product. Only Glowen Raptor furnaces can be registered. To claim a 3-year warranty, the Glowen Raptor Furnace must be registered within 40 days of receipt of the product.
