Delivery and return of ordered goods

You will receive a confirmation email when you place an order on our site. If you have not received an email confirmation, please also check your spam folder. To cancel or change the order, write to us immediately at [email protected] Once you receive a tracking number, your order can no longer be canceled or changed. Please use the correct shipping information.

The ordered goods are delivered quickly, safely and reliably by our contractual partners POŠTA SLOVENIJE and GLOBAL EXPRESS. For purchases we charge the amount of postage from € 2.00 – € 10.00 for delivery in Slovenia. For shipments to other countries, the price is stated when entering the country when ordering. We do not charge for packaging.

All products will be shipped as soon as possible. For goods from stock, in most cases we guarantee delivery within 10 working days. For these orders, we will specify the delivery time in the offer. If you want to be sure about the delivery time before ordering, contact us or submit a request for an offer. You can monitor the status of your order in the My Account tab. In the event that an ordered item is not currently in stock, we will notify you of the delivery by e-mail or telephone. For delivery outside Slovenia, the delivery time depends on the distance.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the product to have time to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same condition as you received, undamaged and unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or proof of payment.

Damage and problems

Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive a faulty product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personal items) and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have questions or concerns about a particular product.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of gift cards and vouchers.


The buyer has the right to notify the seller within fourteen (14) days of withdrawing from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must clearly inform GLOW SEVEN, proizvodnja, trgovina in storitve, d.o.o. of your decision to withdraw from the contract in a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can also use the cancellation form, which is not prescribed. Reimbursement of payments must be made by the company as soon as possible or no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

We use the same means of payment to return the deposit as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Refund of payment may be declined until we receive a refund or until you provide proof that you sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

When we receive and review your returned product, we will notify you of the return approval or disapproval. If approved, we will automatically refund you for your original payment method. The transfer may take some time because your bank or credit card issuer is also processing and posting the refund.

Paragraph 43 d. Article ZVPot stipulates that in the event that the buyer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he must return it to the company immediately or no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal from the contract. We do not accept redemption shipments.

The costs associated with the return of goods are borne by the buyer. The buyer must return the products undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. When ordering goods for international delivery, you may be required to pay import duties and / or taxes applicable to your country. Glowen is not liable for any duties resulting from customs duties or charges. If you refuse to accept the costs incurred and it is determined that the package is not requested, rejected or otherwise rejected, Glowen will not provide any form of refund or resend the order.
